Creation of settlement model the basis-construction system
Techniques of work applied by us allow to solve the questions of construction problems in complex engineering-geological conditions (subsidence soil, earned aundermine territories, dynamic influences), as for ground, and for underground constructions.
The constructive part of rated pattern is created on the basis of project and engineering documentations. The settlement model of the foundation is created on the basis of engineering-geological researches of building site. In the basis of calculation is put the method of final element.
Settlement models are developed for the decision of tasks in view in to the spatial statement, considering joint of structure with the basis.
Calculation is carried out on the set influences (static, dynamic), deformation influences in the basis.
Representation of calculations results
By results of the executed complex calculations is carried out selection armatures for ferro-concrete elements. Check of strength of bearing constructions. Results of work are transferred to the Customer in the form of the report with the full analysis of intense-deformed conditions. Efforts and movings can be presented in graphic or in table type for specific building fragments.
By means of the created settlement model buildings monitoring can be carried out during its further exploitation. At model it is fixed initial condition at the current moment. During the further exploitation the intense-deformed conditions of bearing constructions is defined at change of external influences on construction: strength characteristics of constructions material; hydro-geological and technogenic conditions of a platform (ground watering by the local sources, rise of the subsoil waters level); at redistribution of loads; from dynamic influences.
